Our quarter beef share contains roughly 100-150 pounds* of Hereford beef.
Half shares contain roughly 200-250 pounds* of Hereford beef
Whole beef shares contain roughly 400-450 pounds* of Hereford beef.
Current butcher date March 31st - anticipated pick up the week of April 17th
This includes an estimated:
50% Ground Beef
20% Steaks
30% roasts
*Quantities are estimates as each animal is unique
*Spring 2023 shares will be processed through Lemoore Food Locker and available for pick up by local customers.
Once the animal is harvested we will give your contact information to the butcher who will contact you to go over what your options are regarding what cuts of beef you want or don’t want and how thick you would like steaks cut.
Price includes cut and wrap.
Full refund available 7+ weeks before harvest date; Half refund available within 6 weeks before harvest date; No refund within 3 weeks before harvest date
